Our Acceptable Use Policy is intended to ensure that our customers do not use our services in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner. Such usage may impact the quality or reliability of our services. Unreasonable Use
The Care Centre is designed to receive calls, through the Caremate Device, for events only where you require urgent assistance. You must not use the Caremate Device to call our Care Centre for any reasons where you do not require urgent assistance.
If you have any questions or queries regarding the Caremate device and you don’t require urgent assistance, you are welcome to call the Caremate team on 1300 768 801 at any time. Excessive Use
You are encouraged to regularly test your Caremate to our Care Centre on a monthly basis. We consider that testing the Caremate where the call reaches the Care Centre more than once a week is excessive use due to the reliability of the product. |
