Caremate is a combined product and service offering. This means you receive the Caremate pendant, cordless phone, base station as well as access to the 24 hour, 365 day Care Centre response service.

Caremate can be purchased with a once only establishment fee of $39.95 on a minimum 12 month agreement. Below are the plan options:

10% discount applys for Seniors Card Holders and Pensioners

All major Credit and Debit Cards accepted. (Note 2.5% extra for American Express and Diners Club).

Cheques accepted for Annual payments only.

All payments are to be made in advance.

Purchasing Caremate

To  purchase Caremate, the Application form will need to be completed. This captures vital medical information which is held in your profile with the Care Centre. This is the information that will be displayed to the Telecare Consultants if you are ever talking to them. If the Care Centre arranges an Ambulance to visit, then your medical information is passed to the Ambulance so they can act as efficiently as possible when they arrive.
