There are two ways to purchase Caremate: you can choose the monthly plan, or pay upfront.

On the monthly plan, Caremate is just $39 per month on the 12 Month Agreement - there are no setup fees or any other hidden charges. Minimum contract term is 12 months.

If you cancel the contract within the 12 month term, simply pay the number of months remaining x $39. Total minimum cost over 12 months is $468 which includes the Caremate equipment (the cordless phone, base station and pendant) and access to the Care Centre for 12 months. There are no other cancellation fees. After the 12 month term, you can leave at any time without any cancellation fees.

Validated Seniors Card Holders are entitled to a 10% discount. Caremate is then $0 upfront and $35.10 per month on the 12 Month Agreement. Seniors Card Holder discount does not apply to any other discounted prices.
