The NEVERalone® is a small mobile 4G personal emergency pendant device that uses the latest GSM, GPS, WIFI and Bluetooth 5 wireless technology. It can be used for various people such as

The Professional 24/7 Monitoring option is best suited for users that have Family/Friends who travel, work full time and may not be available 100% of the time in a possible emergency situation.

How It Works

The NEVERalone can be set up with Professional 24/7 Monitoring. It is monitored by the top graded Australian A1 Monitoring Centre. Monitoring will be charged as a subscription. There are no lock in contracts so monitoring can be paused or cancelled at anytime.

SOS Button and Fall Detection

• If the user is in distress and presses the emergency SOS button on the device, or a fall is detected, the device will play a voice prompt up to 3 times to warn the user prior to sending an alarm.
  
• If the user wishes to cancel this at all they can tap the SOS button to cancel it before the end of the 3rd voice prompt.
  
• After the 3rd voice prompt the device will send an emergency message to the monitoring centre with the user’s location.
  
• The monitoring centre will then call the device to verify the type of response needed.
  
• The device will automatically answer the call handsfree on speaker mode.
  
• The user's pre selected contacts are then contacted to advise of the situation.

For people who could potentially be in dangerous situations like DV victims and high risk lone workers, the device can be set up with different settings such as 1 or 2 way voice, no ringtone and voice prompts can be turned off.

Low Battery Alerts

For extra peace of mind, if the device's battery is at 20% the user will get a voice prompt. At 15% the user will get a voice prompt and a Low Battery message will also be sent to the monitoring centre automatically.

The Self Monitoring option is best suited for users that have Family / Friends / Carers who will always be available in the time of a possible emergency situation.
