In this mode, pressing the SOS button triggers an alert with just a vibration to confirm activation, but there are no voice prompts and no ringtones. This allows you to signal for help without the device making a noise that could escalate a dangerous situation
The device features Automatic Fall Detection. If it senses a heavy fall followed by no movement, it will automatically activate the SOS sequence, alerting the monitoring centre or your contacts directly and sending your location.
If you choose Professional Monitoring, the 24/7 operator will assess the situation immediately. If they hear aggression, violence, or distress, they can escalate the call directly to Triple Zero (000) and provide the police with your exact GPS location and details of the threat.
Yes. When the alarm is triggered, the Monitoring Centre calls the device, which answers automatically. Depending on your setup, we can enable 1-Way Voice (they listen in silently to assess danger) or 2-Way Voice (they can speak to you). You can choose the setup that makes you feel safest.
No. The device has its own internal 4G SIM card. It works completely independently. This is critical in domestic violence situations where a mobile phone may be taken away, damaged, or monitored. As long as you have the pendant or watch, you have a connection to help.
No. Privacy is paramount. Your location is only shared with the Monitoring Centre or your trusted contacts when an emergency alert is triggered. The device does not allow for "stalking" or continuous tracking by unauthorised people.
Yes. Unlike old home alarms, NEVERalone devices work anywhere there is Telstra 4G mobile coverage (99% of Australia). Whether you are in the car, at a shelter, or walking in the park, the device will send a live GPS location to the monitoring centre or trusted contacts in the event of an emergency.
If the device is in Silent Mode, you might press it without realising. If the Monitoring Centre listens in and hears a normal, safe environment (like TV or quiet conversation), they will attempt to call your mobile phone first to check on you, rather than speaking through the pendant, to avoid accidental embarrassment or alerting a potential threat.
Yes. If you have funding approved through the NDIS (Assistive Technology), Home Care Package or state-based Victim Services support packages, you can use those funds to purchase our devices. We will send you the official Quote or Invoice you need to forward to your Plan Manager or funding body for payment.
