Safety, Independence, and Peace of Mind for You and Your Loved Ones
Safety, Independence, and Peace of Mind for You and Your Loved Ones
Whether you are living with a disability or caring for someone who is, daily life can feel challenging. You want independence and confidence—but also reassurance that help is always close by.
CareMate supports that independence with 4G personal safety alarms designed for Australian disability support. Our devices, including the NEVERalone pendant and SAFETYwatch, connect you to help in two ways:
- Professional Monitoring: 24/7 connection to a top-graded Australian response centre.
- Self Monitoring: Alerts go direct to your chosen contacts (family, friends, or support workers).
With a simple SOS button—or automatic fall detection—users stay confident, knowing an instant emergency alert as well as their GPS location will be sent to the Australian 24/7 response team or direct to their chosen contacts. The responders then call the device which will answer automatically in speaker mode, allowing them to assess the situation and arrange help immediately.
It’s simple, reliable, and works wherever you are — at home, work, or out and about.
Why Safety Matters
Why Safety Matters
Living with a disability can bring unique daily challenges—being alone at home, limited mobility, difficulty reaching a phone, or recovering from surgery. When help isn't easily accessible, even small incidents can escalate.
Having a reliable device that connects you instantly helps avoid delays, restores confidence, and keeps everyone safer—no matter where you are.
- Stay Independent: Go to work, the shops, or social events with confidence.
- Reduce Anxiety: Knowing help is just a button press away reduces daily stress.
- Faster Response: GPS location ensures responders know exactly where to find you.

No. The device is completely standalone (no smartphone, WiFi or landline needed). We pre-program your contacts for you, so when it arrives, simply charge it and make a quick call to our team to activate it.
Yes. Unlike older systems, the NEVERalone pendant and SAFETYwatch use 4G mobile technology. They work anywhere in Australia where there is mobile network coverage—at the shops, work, or visiting friends.

Don't worry. Simply tell the operator or your contact that you are okay. We recommend testing it once a month to build confidence.
We strongly recommend installing a Key Safe Box at your front door. This allows you to securely store a spare key so that emergency services or trusted contacts can enter quickly without damaging your door or window.
