Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details as well as a payment receipt.

Dispatch

Once you have placed an order, payment has been received and we have been provided with all necessary information, CareMate Pty Ltd will dispatch your order with Australia Post within 2-3 business days subject to stock availability.

Tracking Number

Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Postage Times

Regular Postage usually takes 2-8 Business Days after dispatch
Express Postage usually takes 1-4 Business Days after dispatch

Post Office Pickup

If no one is at the premises when Australia Post attempts to deliver your package, a card will be left with the details of the Post Office the package has been taken to for your collection.
