The NEVERalone has the option of either Professional 24/7 Monitoring by the top graded A1 Monitoring Centre in Australia or Self Monitoring by preset contacts (Family / Friends / Carers). Monitoring will be charged as a subscription. There are no lock in contracts so monitoring can be paused or cancelled at anytime.

The Professional 24/7 Monitoring option is best suited for users that have Family/Friends who travel, work full time and may not be available 100% of the time in a possible emergency situation. It is monitored by the top graded A1 Monitoring Centre in Australia.

The Self Monitoring option is best suited for users that have Family / Friends / Carers who will always be available in the time of a possible emergency situation.

SOS Button and Fall Detection

• If the user is in distress and presses the emergency SOS button on the device, or a fall is detected, the device will play a voice prompt up to 3 times to warn the user prior to sending an alarm.
  
• If the user wishes to cancel this at all they can tap the SOS button to cancel it before the end of the 3rd voice prompt.
  
• After the 3rd voice prompt the device will send an emergency message to the 24/7 Monitoring Centre / preset contacts. The message will contain the type of event and the location of the User.
  
• The Monitoring Centre / any of the preset contacts can call the device and it will automatically answer handsfree on speaker mode.
  
• During the call they can assess the type of emergency and arrange the appropriate response.

For people who could potentially be in dangerous situations like DV victims and high risk lone workers, the device can be set up with different settings such as 1 or 2 way voice, no ringtone and voice prompts can be turned off.

Low Battery Alerts

For extra peace of mind, if the device's battery is at 20% the user will get a voice prompt. At 15% the user will get a voice prompt and a Low Battery message will also be sent to the Monitoring Centre / preset contacts automatically.
