24/7 Monitoring by Australia’s highest-graded A1 Monitoring Centre.
The Professional 24/7 Monitoring option is best suited for users whose family or carers may not always be available during an emergency due to work or travel etc.
Self Monitoring By Family/Friends/Carers
Alerts go directly to your chosen emergency contacts (family, friends, carers).
The Self Monitoring option is best suited for users with reliable responders who will always be available in the time of a possible emergency situation.
How The NEVERalone And SAFETYwatch Solutions Work
SOS Button and Fall Detection
- If the user is in distress and presses the emergency SOS button on the device, or a fall is detected, the device will play a voice prompt up to 3 times to warn the user prior to sending an alarm.
- If the user wishes to cancel this at all they can tap the SOS button to cancel it before the end of the 3rd voice prompt.
- After the 3rd voice prompt the device will send an emergency message to the 24/7 Monitoring Centre / preset contacts. The message will contain the type of event and the location of the User.
- The Monitoring Centre / any of the preset contacts can call the device and it will automatically answer handsfree on speaker mode.
- During the call they can assess the type of emergency and arrange the appropriate response.
Low Battery Alerts
For extra peace of mind, if the device's battery is at 20% the user will get a voice prompt. At 15% the user will get a voice prompt and a Low Battery message will also be sent to the Monitoring Centre / preset contacts automatically.
For High Risk Users
For people who could potentially be in dangerous situations like Domestic Violence victims and high risk lone workers such as staff who work in mental health, drug and alcohol and family violence, the device can be set up with different silent settings such as 1 or 2 way voice, no ringtone and voice prompts can be turned off.
For Lone Workers
There are features such as Check-in/Check-out and a Welfare timer that are perfect for lone workers and these can be set up so that employers, contacts and emergency services can be notified when there is a potential welfare issue.

It is very easy to use.
I was a little anxious about living alone after my husband passed away. So once I heard about the NEVERalone personal emergency device I jumped at the chance to see this type of device. I don't like wearing a watch all the time so I gravitated towards the pendant.The lanyard thankfully is adjustable as I am a short person. It is easily worn over clothes or under. The adjustable lanyard is useful especially with a cars seatbelt as I found it missed pressing on the device.
The only problem is the registered number on the back is partly worn. I'm not sure if it is my perfume or perspiration as it has been hot lately.
I have had a reminder to charge my device as I forgot to charge it overnight but I missed the voice promp as I was in the shower The monitoring system worked well to notify my first two contacts on my list the I received a tx message to remind me to charge. This was very comforting to know I an not alone Anne
I have been thinking of a secure key box for sometime as I am now living alone. Firstly in the unfortunate event of locking myself out of my home I have a code that that I will easily remember. Secondly in the event of needing assistance from emergency services or family my code has been registered to the 24/24 monitoring service which gives me piece of mind.
