NDIS & Seniors Government Funding Packages
CareMate is a Registered NDIS Provider.
Our devices are eligible for funding through the NDIS, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home Program.
There are two ways to purchase your device depending on your funding situation:
1. Private Purchase & Self-Managed
- For: Individuals paying privately or participants who manage their own funds.
- Action: Order online today. We will email you a formal tax receipt which you can use to claim reimbursement from your funding body if applicable.
2. Plan Managed
- For: Participants with a Plan Manager, or with a Funding Package managed by a provider.
- Action: You likely need a Pro-Forma Invoice or Official Quote to send to your manager for payment before we can ship the device. Fill in the form below for this.
